I create the space for you to find deep relaxation, connection and rejuvenation. This is a guided practice. I take you on a journey based on themes such as foundation, creativity, personal power, love, self-expression, intuition and connection. We use your sensory system to connect and communicate with your body and breathwork to calm and centre yourself.
