Yoga Body Breath Training (four session) Simple science based breathing techniques. I teach three categories of structured breathwork; balancing breathwork, up-regulating breathwork and down-regulating breathwork. Breathing is also a free resource you have available to you to manage stress and anxiety once you learn how to structure your breathing. It is also the only automatic body function we can have conscious control over. I am a certified Yoga Body breathing coach.
